A shared foundation

PadelSport Global was founded on the belief that sport can bring people closer together. Padel creates a shared experience: it provides a place to meet, encourages cooperation and builds connections between generations, cultures and communities.

The network develops this potential through a unified international digital network that connects local padel activity with the wider sporting community.

The role of the network

The network’s consistent domain-name structure and shared technology are intended to give countries around the world recognisable platforms, built on common principles, where they can present their sporting life, local assets and communities. Local identity and content have a place within one international system.

Basic presentation without charge for countries and eligible national padel federations is intended to reduce barriers to participation. Opportunities to develop the sport and gain international visibility should not depend solely on a country’s economic strength or local awareness of padel.

Geographic and thematic connections help players, clubs, coaches, organisers and service providers find one another. Shared infrastructure can reduce the burden of separate local development and leave more attention for sport and communities.

Local publishing will become available gradually, subject to verification of representation and editorial review. Geographic presence alone does not imply an active local editorial team or official cooperation.

The shared domain network also provides a foundation for an international email-address system built on common principles. The hello@, partners@, media@, events@ and support@ addresses can provide a consistent framework for local communication. They become available for use after technical setup and contact permissions have been arranged.

Sport and social values

Developing the sport and creating social value are the two equally important foundations of PadelSport Global. We aim to put the global network’s reach and communication opportunities at the service of both.

Our sporting ambition is to help padel become a widely accessible sport for all. We pay particular attention to countries and communities where it is less familiar or where opportunities to take part are harder to access.

Through our own means, we also aim to support the goal of padel becoming an Olympic sport. Our contribution is to strengthen its visibility, international presence and place within communities, while respecting the responsibilities and authority of FIP and national federations.

We seek to give visibility to talent, inspiring people and valuable initiatives regardless of age, gender, origin, ethnicity, religion, ability or financial circumstances. We aim to pay particular attention to people and communities with fewer opportunities.

Value creation and responsibility

We are building PadelSport Global as a business that aims to provide valuable services, opportunities for international visibility and lasting partnerships. Business success provides the foundation for reliable operations, continued development and long-term growth.

We intend to dedicate a significant share of our profits to community and charitable causes connected to our responsibility priorities. We seek initiatives that improve access to sport, knowledge, health and community participation. Individual contributions will reflect actual needs, feasibility and available resources.

Support can include presentation space, communications, connections and financial contributions. The value created for clients and partners, together with sustainable business development, provides the foundation for expanding these opportunities to help.

We will prepare regular, documented reports on our support activities and make them available to our supporters, partners and advertisers. We aim to earn trust by consistently fulfilling our commitments and showing actual outcomes.
